Description

We have excellent coffee roasters locally, including excellent https://www.beanwestcoffee.com but the pick of our favourite coffee goes to Andrew and Paola Willis from Beltra, County Sligo. With their experience of the coffee trade and products they tend to go for lighter roast, letting the subtle qualities of coffee shine through. Like drinking wine, we are appreciating the more easy-going and subtle tastes rather than the big ‘jolters’. This stuff is not cheap, but its certainly worth it for us to buy for our cupboard all the time.

Pick from two of their best sellers, one if expresso grind from Brasil, and one a whole bean for you to grind to make filter coffee (our preferred way) from amazing Ethiopia.
