Faulty or Incorrect Goods:
We hope you will be fully satisfied with your order and service. If these do not meet a high standard please document the issue and get in touch with us by telephone or email as soon as possible. Please include any photographts if required. We will refund with no questions asked, and apologise if our service has let you down. We will be in contact within three working days and refunds will be issued within five working days. Thanks!

Returns or Cancellations:
If goods have already been delivered and you wish to exchange or return your order then goods should be returned to us at your own expense in original condition within 28 days of receipt of your order. Following receipt of goods we will accommodate exchanges where possible. If you wish to return or cancel your order then you should notify us as soon as possible in writing of your intentions.
Please note that all products purchased are sold subject to its product description and we take all reasonable care to ensure that all information descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. While we aim to keep the website as up to date and accurate as possible.
SHIPPING
All our deliveries are undertaken by delivery men along our normal routes. Individual drop off locations and times may be arranged by prior contact and confirmed agreement.
Shipping Times:
CABOTS of Westport will endeavour to deliver your goods within seven days. Once you get to know us you will know our delivery routes and delivery times. We look forward to hearing from you!
What happens when I order?
Step 1 When you place an order online you will receive a confirmation email with delivery day and times. You may respond if these do not suit.
Step 2 Your order will be packed and delivered on the designated day.
